The Marlbrouk Liqueur (Malbrook is the French name for Marlborough) is somewhat akin to a port, a beautifully silky Sauvignon Blanc wine aged in oak and fortified with French Brandy. The mixture is aged for at least 18 months, including a minimum of 8 months in oak barrels. It should be served chilled and is wonderful as an aperitif or with cheese. 375ml bottle, 22% Alc.Vol.
