Inspired by travels in Mexico and Central America this is the flavour of Latin America. I remember it vividly from my trips to restaurants in the Yucatan and Nicaragua.

This Gold medal-winning seasoning is perfect with everything from prawns and rice, and fajitas to meats like chicken wings, grilled pork or nachos. It’s super versatile. Can be used as a seasoning or marinade. We blend our Sazón using authentic ingredients such as achiote and chipotle to create a real flavour kick.

This is nothing like a store-bought Mexican flavouring. There are no sugar-just pure herbs and spices. Just like you’d taste it in Antigua.
