This expression from Foursquare Distillery has undergone a somewhat complex maturation process. It is a combination of three batches of spirit, some of which matured in ex-Bourbon casks for sixteen years, some spent three years in ex-Bourbon, with thirteen years in ex-Oloroso sherry casks, and the other parcel spent nine years in Bourbon, and seven in Oloroso sherry casks. There are notes of sweet dried fruits, freshly ground coffee, juicy, overripe cherries, and tropical fruits, alongside gingerbread spice.
